Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation (Fairfax, Virginia) will begin construction on the $45 million Delaware Valley Energy Expansion Project on July 29, 2002. This project will involve the addition of 24,000 horsepower of compression and 9.8 miles of 24” diameter natural gas transmission line in 2002 and 10 miles of 20” diameter pipeline to be laid in 2003.
